All orders under $99.00 will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $11.00. All orders over $99.00 qualify for free shipping.
We ship to all locations in Australia.
All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Most orders will be sent by Australia Post, Parcel Post (depending on the size of your order). Before returning any items, please make sure you have contacted us first. When you have approval by us to send item(s) back, please make sure you have provided the paperwork as requested by us.
If you have made a mistake in your order or have changed your mind, you may return the item for an exchange or a refund. We will honour requests made within 7 days of your receiving the item. Please contact us as soon as possible with all the details. We will give you the information as to how to proceed. The customer will need to arrange to return the items, as directed by us. When we receive the unopened items back, we will process the exchange or refund.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped. We will make arrangements for you to ship the damaged item back to us.
If your shipment is missing an item or you have not received your shipment as expected, please contact us so that we can investigate, to ensure that you receive your missing items.
If you receive a different item to what you have requested, contact us. We will arrange for you to ship the incorrect item back to us and we will send the correct item as quick as possible.
